What are your operating hours?
We are open from 8am to 5pm on weekdays and 10am to 5pm on weekends and holidays deliveries. If you require service after 5pm, please contact us on the possibility that we have an available courier in your area that is able to meet your task at an additional charge.

Why do you need my contact information?
The phone number is so that our riders can call the pick-up or delivery contact directly should the need arise – it helps to get the task completed more efficiently.
How do I schedule a delivery in advance?
You are able to schedule your pick-up and delivery day up to one month in advance. Customer must ensure that both the sender and the recipient parties are available on the specified pickup and delivery time and date. Note: All the pick-ups and deliveries are made on the same day, and we do not hold consignments overnight except for special cases.
